Amendment sponsored by Senator Mark Boitano

    1. On page 1, line 22, strike "9" and insert in lieu thereof "10".

    2. On page 6, between lines 3 and 4, insert a new section to read:

    "Section 10. LEGISLATIVE OVERSIGHT.--The New Mexico Finance Authority Act oversight committee shall oversee the department's administration of the Commuter Rail Act.".

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
