SENATE BILL 733

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 11 and 12, strike "is located in a class B county and that".

    2. On page 3, line 13, after "census" insert "and that is located in a class B county having a net taxable value for rate-setting purposes for the 2006 property tax year or any subsequent year of more than two billion dollars ($2,000,000,000)".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
