    1. On page 7, line 14, strike the second occurrence of a comma and strike lines 15 through 21 in their entirety and strike line 22 up to the semicolon.

    2. On page 11, strike lines 20 through 25 in their entirety and on page 12, strike lines 1 and 2 in their entirety.
