SENATE BILL 663

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 24, before "policy", insert "non-smoking".

    2. On page 1, line 24 through line 1 on page 2, strike "that prohibits the hiring of a person who smokes or uses tobacco products and the policy has been in place at least one year".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
