    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 653

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 10, strike "eleven" and insert in lieu thereof "twelve".

    2. On page 2, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(5) the director of the legislative education study committee or the director's designee;".

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
