SENATE BILL 574, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "CLARIFYING MECHANICS' AND MATERIALMEN'S LIEN RIGHTS IN OTHER THAN FEE INTERESTS;".

    2. On pages 1 and 2, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
