    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 496

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 19, after the period insert:

    "A tax identification permit shall be issued within fourteen days of the date on the form of payment for the permit, including cashier's checks and money orders, submitted with the application for the permit.".

    2. On page 17, line 13, strike "one hundred fifty dollars ($150)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred dollars ($100)".

    3. On page 17, line 15, strike "two hundred fifty dollars ($250)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred fifty dollars ($150)".

    4. On page 17, line 17, strike "four hundred dollars ($400)" and insert in lieu thereof "two hundred fifty dollars ($250)".

    5. On page 17, line 19, strike "five hundred fifty dollars ($550)" and insert in lieu thereof "three hundred fifty dollars ($350)".

    6. On page 17, line 21, strike "seven hundred dollars ($700)" and insert in lieu thereof "four hundred dollars ($400)".

    7. On page 17, line 23, strike "eight hundred fifty dollars ($850)" and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred dollars ($500)".

    8. On page 17, line 25, strike "one thousand dollars ($1,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "seven hundred dollars ($700)".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
