    1. On page 1, line 12, after "OPTOMETRY", insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

    2. On page 3, between lines 14 and 15, insert the following new section:

    "Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
