    1. On page 1, line 17, after the semicolon insert "PROVIDING THAT PROPERTY OWNED BY A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY OR OTHER BUSINESS ASSOCIATION IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE SOLAR MARKET DEVELOPMENT TAX CREDIT;".

    2. On page 6, line 21, strike "B" and insert in lieu thereof "C".

    3. On page 7, line 2, strike "owned by that taxpayer".

    4. On page 7, line 4, strike "of up to" and insert in lieu thereof:

"if the residence, business or agricultural enterprise is:

             (1) owned by the taxpayer; or

             (2) owned by a limited liability company or other business association of which the taxpayer is an owner.

         B. The amount of the solar market development tax credit shall be not more than".

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
