SENATE BILL 335

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 4, after "C." strike the remainder of the line, strike line 5 in its entirety, strike line 6 through the comma and insert in lieu thereof "In".

    2. On page 3, line 9, after the comma insert "as defined in Subsection E of Section 6-4-12 NMSA 1978,".

    3. On page 3, line 12, strike "twenty-five million dollars ($25,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two hundred fifty million dollars ($250,000,000)".

    4. On page 3, line 13, after the period strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 14 through 19 in their entirety.

    5. On page 4, strike lines 16 and 17 in their entirety.
