    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 317

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, after "INCOME" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 14 through "ELIGIBLE".

    2. On pages 10 through 14, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber succeeding sections accordingly.

    4. On page 14, line 14, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof "seven and one-half".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
