SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 257
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 2, line 6, after "detail" insert ", subject to state and federal privacy laws,".
2. On page 2, line 10, after "provided" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 11 and strike line 12 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "within thirty days from the date of request".
3. On page 2, strike line 13 in its entirety and strike line 14 up to the ending quotation mark.
4. On page 2, lines 23 and 24, remove the brackets and line-through and on line 23, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty".
5. On page 3, line 6, after "detail" insert ", subject to state and federal privacy laws,".
6. On page 3, line 8, after the period strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 9 through 12 in their entirety and strike line 13 through the period.
7. On page 3, lines 22 and 23, remove the brackets and line-through and on line 22, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty".
8. On page 4, line 6, after "detail" insert ", subject to state and federal privacy laws,".
9. On page 4, line 8, after the period strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 9 through 11 in their entirety and strike line 12 through the period.
