SENATE BILL 239, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 21, strike "Sections 49-1-1 through 49-1-18" and insert in lieu thereof "Chapter 49".

     2. On page 1, line 23, after "subdivision", and insert ", provided that those claims or defenses have not vested prior to the effective date of this section".
