     1. Strike Senate Floor Amendment No. 2.

     2. On page 9, line 6, after the period, insert the following language:

"As of September 1, 2008, a consumer reporting agency shall comply with the request within 15 minutes of receiving the request by secure electronic mail, facsimile or telephone.".

     3. On page 10, line 3, after the period, insert the following language:

"As of September 1, 2008, if you contact a consumer reporting agency by secure electronic mail, facsimile or telephone, the consumer reporting agency should lift the freeze within 15 minutes.".
