AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE MENTAL HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AT THE SCHOOL OF NURSING AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to educate psychiatric nurse practitioners and clinical nurse specialists through the school of nursing's mental health improvement program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
