AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT RED ROCK STATE PARK.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five million dollars ($5,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the energy, minerals and natural resources department for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for improvements to Red Rock state park to bring it into compliance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
