AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE P-20 ALLIANCE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF TEACHING AND LEARNING AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to pay for the P-20 alliance for the advancement of teaching and learning. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
