    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

 SENATE BILL 23, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1.   Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendment 2.

     2. On page 4, line 10, after the comma strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 11 through 25, and on page 5, strike lines 1 through 6 and insert in lieu thereof:

"in accordance with rules promulgated by the secretary of health. The rules shall include requirements for the types of locations at which the services are rendered, the allowed scope of practice and measures to ensure quality of care.".
