    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 10

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 6, after "section" insert ", as it pertains to dogs,".

    2. On page 5, line 7, strike the closing quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof:

         "D. Any person violating the provisions of Subsection A or B of this section, as it pertains to cocks, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

         E. Upon a second or subsequent conviction of the provisions of Subsection A or B of this section, as it pertains to cocks, the offender is guilty of a fourth degree felony."".
