SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to SENATE BILL 10, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator Phil A. Griego

    1. Strike all senate judiciary committee amendments.

    2. On page 1, line 11, before the period insert "; CHANGING PENALTIES".

    3. On page 5, line 6, after "section" insert a colon and the following:

             "(1) upon a first conviction, is guilty of a petty misdemeanor;

             (2) upon a second conviction, is guilty of a misdemeanor; and

             (3) upon a third and subsequent conviction,".
