    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1216

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 4, strike "sixteen" and insert in lieu

thereof "nineteen".

     2. On page 4, between lines 17 and 18, insert the

following new paragraphs:

                "(8) the secretary of general services or the secretary's designee;

                (9) the secretary of transportation or the secretary's designee;

                (10) the chief information officer or the chief information officer's designee;".

     3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     4. On page 4, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following new subparagraph:

                     "(b) tribal law enforcement;".

     5. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.

     6. On page 6, line 7, after "by", insert "tribal governments and".

     7. On page 6, line 24, after "for", insert "tribal governments and".

     8. On page 7, line 3, after "state", insert ", including tribal governments,".
