    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1157

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 14, before the period insert in lieu thereof "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.".

     2. On page 1, line 21, after "repay" strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "an emergency".

     3. On page 1, line 22, after "finance" insert "that is due April 1, 2007".

     4. On page 1, line 25, insert the following new section:

     "Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
