AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR REPAYMENT OF A LOAN FROM THE STATE BOARD OF FINANCE TO THE CERRO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for the Cerro mutual domestic water consumers association to repay a loan from the state board of finance. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
