     1. On page 1, line 11, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 12 in its entirety.

     2. On pages 1, 2 and 3, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE

COMMITTEE.
