    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1145, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 1, strike "2007" and insert in lieu thereof "2010" and strike "six cents ($.06)" and insert in lieu thereof "three cents ($.03)".

     2. On page 2, strike lines 2 through 7 in their entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     4. On page 4, line 8, strike "2007" and insert in lieu thereof "2010" and strike "six cents ($.06)" and insert in lieu thereof "three cents ($.03)".

     5. On page 4, strike lines 9 through 14 in their entirety.

     6. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
