    Your VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1140, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, after "ALTERNATE", insert "EARLY".

     2. On page 2, line 10, strike "if" and insert in lieu thereof "when".

     3. On page 2, line 10, before the period, insert "if that Indian nation, tribe or pueblo is more than fifteen miles from an office of the county clerk".
