HOUSE BILL 1130

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 8, strike “two” and insert in lieu thereof “one”.

    2. On page 2, lines 20 and 21, strike “is appropriated” and insert in lieu thereof “shall be appropriated by the legislature”.

    3. One page 3, strike lines 21 through 24 in their entirety.

    4. Prenumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    5. On page 4, lines 18 through 24, strike Section 4 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
