AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR AN ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM AT THE GALLUP BRANCH OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for the Anderson school of management to provide a consultant to prepare a strategic plan for an entrepreneurship program at the Gallup branch of the university of New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
