    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1046, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "CHANGING THE EXPIRATION DATE FOR CERTAIN LIQUOR LICENSES;".

     2. On page 2, lines 2 and 3, remove the brackets and line through "two hundred dollars ($200)" and strike "three hundred dollars ($300)".

     3. On page 2, line 13, strike "change" and insert in lieu thereof "charge".

     4. On page 12, lines 4 and 5, strike "an individual that the director deems trustworthy and reliable" and insert in lieu thereof "the director's designee".
