HOUSE BILL 1027

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 4, after "utilities" insert:

"who reside in a domestic violence shelter, whose residence has been secured by a domestic violence shelter program, who are protected under an order of protection issued pursuant to Chapter 40, Article 13 NMSA 1978 or other such court-ordered protection".
