    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 990

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 18 and 19, strike "prior to January 1, 2007" and insert in lieu thereof "for a conveyance made prior to January 1, 2008 shall not exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) and".

     2. On page 4, line 22, after the subsection designation "H." strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 23 and strike line 24 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "The tax credit represented by a document issued pursuant to Subsection G of this section for a conveyance made on or after January 1, 2008".

     3. On page 7, lines 15 and 16, strike "prior to January 1, 2007" and insert in lieu thereof "for a conveyance made prior to January 1, 2008 shall not exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) and".

     4. On page 9, line 19, after the subsection designation "H." strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 20 and strike line 21 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "The tax credit represented by a document issued pursuant to Subsection G of this section for a conveyance made on or after January 1, 2008".
