    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 931

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike “Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)” and insert in lieu thereof “One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000)”.

     2. On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike “years 2008 and 2009" and insert in lieu thereof “year 2008".

     3. On page 1, line 20, strike “2009" and insert in lieu thereof “2008".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
