AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR FILMING OF DOCUMENTARIES ON RENEWABLE ENERGY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred eighty thousand dollars ($280,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico film division of the economic development department for expenditure in fiscal years 2007 and 2008 for filming of documentaries on renewable energy projects in New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
