has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 20, remove the brackets and the line through “brother or sister”.

    2. On page 1, line 20, after “sister” insert “under the age of 18".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
