has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, after "ENTITIES" strike the remainder of the line up to the period.

     2. On page 6, strike lines 8 through 16 in their entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
