    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 732

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 25, and page 2, line 1, strike "one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "forty thousand dollars ($40,000)".

     2. On page 2, line 7, strike "one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "forty thousand dollars ($40,000)".

     3. On page 2, line 16, strike "ten thousand dollars ($10,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five thousand dollars ($5,000)".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
