    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 667

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 7, after "commission" insert ", the federation of tax administrators" and strike "its" and insert in lieu thereof "their".

    2. On page 6, line 8, strike "representative" and insert in lieu thereof "representatives".

    3. On page 6, line 10, after "commission" insert "or the federation of tax administrators".

    4. On page 18, strike lines 22 and 23 in their entirety and line 24 through the semicolon.

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
