    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 655

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike “; MAKING AN

APPROPRIATION”.

    2. On page 1, line 23, after “ village”, insert “,

tribes, Indian nations, pueblos”.

    3. On page 3, line 13, strike “appropriated to

the division” and insert in lieu thereof “subject to

appropriation by the legislature”.

    4. On pages 3 and 4, strike Section 5 in its entirety.
