AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT FOR THE NATIONAL FLUTE ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONVENTION TO BE HELD IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal years 2007 and 2008 for planning, implementation, marketing and outreach programs associated with the national flute association annual convention to be held in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
