HOUSE BILL 546

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 7, strike “with the approval of”.

    2. On page 6, line 8, strike “, employ such personnel as the director”.

    3. On page 6, line 9, strike “deems necessary for the exclusive purposes of investigating” and insert in lieu thereof “shall direct the appropriate personnel to investigate”.

    4. On page 6, line 10, strike “enforcing” and insert in lieu thereof “and to enforce”.

    5. On page 6, line 11, strike “instituting” and insert in lieu thereof “institute”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
