AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR TEXTBOOKS AT DONA ANA BRANCH COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to purchase textbooks for the use of students in the library at the Dona Ana branch community college at New Mexico state university. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
