AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A DRIVER'S REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR DISABLED PERSONS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-nine thousand two hundred dollars ($179,200) is appropriated from the general fund to the governor's commission on disability for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to provide a driver's rehabilitation program for disabled persons. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
