HOUSE BILL 340

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On pages 1 and 2, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

     2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     3. On page 10, line 22, strike "10 and 13" and insert in lieu thereof "9 and 12".

     4. On page 11, line 9, strike "10 and 13" and insert in lieu thereof "9 and 12".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
