    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 308

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

      1. On page 5, line 19, after "created" insert "as a nonreverting fund".

     2. On page 5, line 19, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "and".

     3. On page 5, line 20, after "donations" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 21 up to the period.

     4. On page 5, line 23, after "fund" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 24 and strike line 25 up to the period.

     5. On page 6, line 3, after "created" insert "as a nonreverting fund".

     6. On page 6, line 3, after "the" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 4 up to "appropriations" and insert in lieu thereof "college affordability endowment fund and".

     7. On page 6, lines 13 through 19, strike Subsection C up to the end quotation mark.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
