has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 17, after "authority" insert "that is determined to be a component unit in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles,".

     2. On page 2, line 17, before "regional" insert "housing department of a local government or a".

     3. On page 2, line 21, strike "need not be integrated into" and insert in lieu thereof "shall be included in".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
