has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendment 3.

     2. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

     3. On page 41, strike Section 36 in its entirety.

     4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
