HOUSE BILL 223, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Voters and Elections Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 3, lines 15 and 16, strike "two thousand dollars ($2,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "six thousand dollars ($6,000), or as otherwise provided by law,".

    3. On page 3, line 16, after "any", insert "individual,".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
