    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 219

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 24, after "provisions" insert "for plan review, permitting and inspections".

     2. On page 2, strike lines 2, 5 and 6 in their entirety and renumber the paragraphs to conform with this amendment.

     3. On page 2, line 12, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof a period.

     4. On page 2, strike lines 13 through 16 in their entirety.

     5. On page 3, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new section:

     "Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2008.",

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
