has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 19, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

     2. On page 3, line 20, after "pueblos" insert "with at least five million dollars ($5,000,000) in overall investment assets".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
