    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 208, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 14, strike the semicolon, strike all of line 15 and strike line 16 up to the period.

     2. On page 5, line 1, strike "of the phase-in of elementary physical education".

     3. On page 5, strike lines 17 through 25 and on page 6, strike lines 1 through 11 and insert in lieu thereof:

          "E. The department shall annually determine the programs and the consequent number of students in elementary physical education that will receive state financial support in accordance with funding available in each school year."
